How long will it take me to get my order?

  • For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please note, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for your package to be delivered before contacting us to open a lost order claim.

  • For faster or fastest shipping, our expedited shipping rates vary based on weight, mailing address, desired delivery date. Please note, while most packages do arrive within 1-2 business days of the estimated 'faster/fastest' delivery date, we do not guarantee delivery on the estimated date shown during checkout.

  • All orders placed before 11 AM CST, will ship out the same day, any order placed after will ship the following business day. Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email with tracking once shipped.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. Please make sure you have selected the correct style, color, and size before you finalize your order.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

What is your return policy?

  • We do not accept returns. If your order delivered damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we are more than happy to exchange the damaged, defective, or wrong item for the item you originally ordered at the same dollar value. Please contact support at hello@fashionableandunbothered.com for authorization. To be accepted, exchanges under this circumstance, must be requested within (48) hours of receipt of delivery and items must be in new condition, unused and unworn with original tags and labels attached. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will perform a quality check and email you with the tracking number for the replacement.

My order was delivered damaged, what now?

If your order delivered damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped to you, we are more than happy to exchange the damaged, defective, or wrong item for the item you originally ordered at the same dollar value. What if I never received my delivery and my tracking shows it delivered? 

  • Please check your delivery address, delivery area, mailbox, porch, garage, neighbors and any additional location where your package may have been delivered. If your order has not been delivered within (24) hours of being marked as delivered, please email hello@fashionableandunbothered.com with your order number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at the time of an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier. Please note that this does not guarantee a replacement but we want to make sure that we try to do everything we can to help.

What are your hours of operations?

  • In order to better support the needs of our customers, we are available via email and chat support from 8am to 4:30pm CST, Monday -Friday.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Orders can only be placed through our website. We are unable to accept orders over the phone.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.

 How do I check the status of my order?

  • We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Please note FAU is not responsible for stolen packages.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time we only ship domestically, within the U.S. Please check back as we expect to ship Internationally in the near future.
